These standards include:

  • Acknowledging new instructions within twenty four hours;
  • Providing a substantive concise initial advice within thirty days of receiving instructions;
  • Recommending a peak reserve if possible within three months, but no later than six† months, of receipt of initial instructions;
  • Monitoring our performance against the reserve, avoiding ?step? reserving ;and
  • We aim to resolve claims within the reserve which is set in accordance with our client’s reserving philosophy.
